Founding member and main conductor of the Leon’s Young Orchestra since 2014, this polifacetic Spanish musician has given more than 300 concerts as cellist and conductor since she was 16, and writing more than 40 pieces with great public success. Critics says she is an artist of talent, who is able to became the music incredibly in passion and emotion on the stage. She has played many cello concertos, as Elgar, Dvorak, Lalo, S. Saëns, Haydn, Vivaldi…, with such an important musical groups, as Spanish Radio and Television Orchestra, Vallés Symphonic Orchestra, San Marco Philarmonic Orchestra (Pordenone-Venezia, Italy)…, in meaningful places as Monumental Theater (Madrid), Miguel Delibes Auditorium (Valladolid), León’s Auditorium, Zaragoza’s Auditorium, Kursaal Auditorium (Donostia-San Sebastián), Teatro Verdi (Pordenone), Palau de la Música Catalana, Academia Chigiana di Siena, Wiener Konzerthaus, Quincena Musical Donostiarra, International Festival of Music and Dance City of Ubeda, The Concerts of the Palace (Medinaceli, Soria), Segovia’s International Music Festival…

With the renowned clarinet player Paco Gil Ortiz, she is the cellist of the atypical cello and clarinet formation called ” Dúo Santor-Gilort, with which she has won more than fifteen prizes in important Spanish, Italian and Russian chamber music competitions.
She started playing cello when she was seven and she has studied with Maria de Macedo, Asier Polo and Phillipe Muller. Very young, she interested strongly in orchestral conducting, studing with Enrique Gª Asensio (Madrid) and Bruno Aprea (Rome).

She has taken part in ten CDs, as “In the City if the Sky” with her own compositions, “Spanish Cello” with the pianist and composer Manolo Carrasco, or “The Flight of the Bird”, a musical journey for the universal Peace, with the producer and double bass player Juan Manuel Guevara.
