Elena Salvatierra Sánchez studied piano form the age of 7 years. She finished the Conservatory of Music of Cádiz and the Conservatory of Music of Salamanca.
She has a wide repertoire as accompanying pianist that spans from the renaissance opera of
Monteverdi until the works of composers of the twentieth century: Leonard Bernstein, Toldrà,
X. Montsalvatge, among others.
Currently she continues her piano training at the Katarina Gurska’s School of Music of Madrid with the with the repertoire pianist Manuel Burgueras.
She begins her vocal training at the age of 12 years.
At the age of 15 she perticipated as soprano in the Choir of Opera of the
Teatro Villamarta in Jerez de la Frontera, to the choir "Tomas Luis de Victoria" from the Pontifical
University of Salamanca, the vocal group "Ars Nova" of the High school of Music of
Salamanca, aragonese female vocal group "Enchiriadis" admitted at the international contest of
Choirs of Neuchâtel in 2010, winning the 2nd prize and the Choir and Orchestra of the World
Youth Day (WYD). Among her teachers is the soprano Teresa Loring and the professor of singing of the High school of Music in Salamanca,
She attends the courses convened by the Department of Early Music at the University of Salamanca with professors David Mason and Richard Levitt and the masterclass on "the musical interpretation of the affections in the baroque opera" given by the contratenor Carlos Mena in the Escuela Superior de Canto in Madrid.
Currently she continues her vocal training at the Katarina Gurska’s School of Music of Madrid with the soprano Milagros Poblador.

She starts her Bachelor in Orchestral Conducting in 2009 at CSMA (Conservatorio Superior de
Música de Aragón) with Juan José Olives, Miquel Rodrigo and Juan Luis Martínez.
She has completed the Orchestra Conducting Bachelor at CSMA (Conservatorio Superior de
Música de Aragón) with professor Juan José Olives.
During her career, she gets top marks in the subject of Vocal Polyphony. She attends courses in choral and orchestral conducting in “Fundación Mozart” with Juan Maria Esteban, with the JOSCS (Joven Orquesta Sinfónica Ciudad de Salamanca), with Ignacio Garcia Vidal, and at the orchestral conducting course in Toledo under the teaching of Enrique Garcia Asensio. She has participated in the course patrocinated by the Fundación Eutherpe with La Traviata with musical indications of the maestro Bruno Aprea and in the course for pianist and conductors.
Currently she works as a conductor with the Flexemble symphony orchestra of
Salamanca
She is also selected for the book of interviews “Pianistas de nuestro tiempo” ("pianists of our time") of the Spanish pianist Agustín Manuel Martinez and supported by the jury of the contest of singing voice of the Salzburg Voice Festival
