Anna Barutti, pianist formed with Eugenio Bagnoli, Sergio Lorenzi and Giuseppe Sinopoli at the “Benedetto Marcello” conservatory in Venice, where she graduated with honors cum laude and a special scholarship.
First place in the Competition “Premio Città di Treviso”, she was immediately named as one of the most interesting pianists of her generation and has given concerts in major international sites, collecting great acclaims from audiences and critics.
She was warded by the “Accademia Chigiana” in Siena with Diploma of Honor. She won a scholarship for the completion of the Moscow Conservatory Ciajkowskij with Liubov Timofeieva. It was valuable the perfecting of Beethoven repertoire with the great pianist Wilhelm Kempff. She performed concertos by Beethoven under the direction of Roberto Abbado and Vladimir Delman, with enthusiastic audience. She is a highly acclaimed chamber musician performer. She has collaborated with renowned musicians for important projects of chamber music in Italy and abroad. She is professor of piano at the Conservatory “B. Marcello” in Venice. She has held master classes in Italy, Germany and South Korea, and numerous are the Italian and foreign students who won national and international piano competitions.
